These days in my work life I provide consultancy that specialises in helping people and teams realise their potential in their professional and personal lives. I work to raise the consciousness of organizations and their leaders to make better quality decisions for themselves and their business. This will give sustainable competitive advantage and positively impact on productivity and profitability.

I was born in the North West of Ireland in County Roscommon. I lived there until I was 20 when I moved to London in 1995. I now live outside London in Hertfordshire and work in the capital. My work is inspired by Integral Theory and Practice. Having had a PhD in Bioanalytical Science after realising it was not living my purpose I trained in transpersonal psychotherapy and healing.  I now describe my approach as Integral and include organisations in my work too.

I live with my partner of over 8 years.  I participate regularly in the London Integral Circle and attended Denver for the Integral Leader seminar in 2006. I miss agricultural life and have a great interest in working with horses as an ILP and as a way of healing.
